The Phantom is back again, this time for his Round 14 (Split Round) tellings of what is going to happen to some of his favourite players this week. Like normal, we will have a look at what a player’s price/value is going to do this week. Ok so this week Gary Ablett, Chris Judd, Buddy Franklin, Jonathan Brown and Dean Cox all step into the Phantom’s sights, don’t miss out read more to see what is going to happen to these big name guns this week in dream team.
Gary Ablett (Geelong) $502,500
Gary Ablett, ok well the big question here is can he go up in price again? And here’s the answer. If he scores 75 he will drop $13,100. If he scores 100 he will drop $5,000. If he scores 125 he will rise $3,200. Finally if he has another big one and gets 150 he will rise a further $11,300 in value. Putting it simply, (a) yes Gary Ablett can go up in value, (b) he most likely will!
Chris Judd (Carlton) $314,600
Juddy is slightly out of form at the moment thus the reason why his price is so low at the moment. So can his price rise this week, let’s find out. If he scores 75 he will drop $10,700. If he scores 100 he will drop $2,500. If he scores 125 (Unlikely) he will rise $5,600. Unfortunately for Juddy it looks as though his price will be taking another hit this week.
Buddy Franklin (Hawthorn) $384,700
Buddy has had such a brilliant year in 2008 and it has been sad to see hi drop off in the last couple of weeks. It has hurt his price and now everybody’s asking can he lift out of his form slump? Answer; If he scores 50 he will drop over $40,000. If he scores 75 he will drop about $35,000. If he scores 100 he will drop $27,000. If he scores 125 he will drop nearly $19,000 and Finally if he scores 150 he will still drop $10,000!! It doesn’t look good for Buddy, he is set for a big price drop this week!
Jonathan Brown (Brisbane) $433,200
Browny had a quiet one last week which could hurt him this week and next in terms of price. Round 14, if he scores 75 he will drop $20,000. If he scores 100 he will drop $13,000. If he scores 125 he will drop $5,000. Finally if he hits back with a big game scoring 150 he will rise just over $3,000. Unfortunately though 150 does not look likely so Browny can be expected to drop in price this week.
Dean Cox (West Coast) $389,900
Another gun who has been a bit quiet recently, Cox is now well below the $400k mark so let’s see what he will have to do this week to get it back up. If he scores 75 he will drop $9,000. If he scores 100 he will drop $1,1000. Finally if he hits his straps and dominates notching up 125 points he will go back up by $6,000. Unfortunately for Coxy to get back up above $400,000 he would have to score something like 142. Not likely!
